USCIS Makes Signature Policy Permanent

On July 25, 2022, USCIS announced its decision to make permanent a temporary signature policy from March 2020. Under this policy, USCIS permits copies of original signatures on all submitted USCIS forms, provided that all copies are of the original document with an original handwritten signature and that the original signed document is retained by the original signatory.
