USCIS Further Expands Premium Processing Service

On September 15, USCIS began accepting Form I-907 Requests for Premium Processing Service for two additional categories of I-140 petitions:

  • E13 multinational executive and manager petitions filed by January 1, 2022
  • E21 NIW petitions filed by February 1, 2022

This expansion is part of USCIS' recent efforts to improve the efficiency of the U.S. immigration system. USCIS is working toward further expanding its premium processing service to include additional categories of I-140 petitions, I-539 Applications to Extend/Change Nonimmigrant Status, and I-765 Applications for Employment Authorization.
