DOL Released Statistics on H-1B for FY 2017

The Office of Foreign Labor Certification has posted selected statistics on the H-1B program as of September 30, 2017. Out of 594,570 Labor Condition Applications received so far, 568,145 were certified and 48,025 were denied.
