2017 Visa Reciprocity Changes

Below is a list of changes made to the visa reciprocity tables for the year of 2017 since March, from most to least recent. The changes made prior to March can be found in another "Visa Reciprocity Changes" article on our website. These changes come from a post released by the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA Doc. No. 17032030).

  • September 18: Updated information for Iran (updated birth information) and Kosovo (updated birth, death, marriage, divorce, and court/police certificates and post contact information).
  • September 13: Updated information for Zimbabwe (updated birth, death, marriage, divorce and court/police certificates and post contact information).
  • September 11: Updated information for the United Arab Emirates (updated birth, death, marriage, divorce and court/police certificates and post contact information).
  • September 7: Updated information for Brazil (updated marriage and divorce documents).
  • August 30: Updated information for Jordan (updated marriage and birth certificates) and Niger (updated police, marriage, birth, death, divorce, and adoption certificates, national ID cards, prison, court, and military records, travel documents, and post contact information).
  • August 24: Updated information for Venezuela (updated police certificate).
  • August 15: Updated information for Latvia (updated police/prison records).
  • August 9: Updated information for Ecuador (updated birth, death, and marriage certificates).
  • July 17: Updated information for Colombia (updated marriage certificate).
  • July 3: Updated information for Colombia (updated birth, death, burial, marriage, and police certificates) and Venezuela (updated birth, death, marriage, divorce certificates, national ID cards, police and court records, prison records, other travel and Visa services).
  • June 27: Updated information for Nigeria (updated divorce certificate and Decree Absolute) and Cabo Verde (updated birth, death, marriage and divorce certificates, adoption, national ID card, police records, military records, and post contact information).
  • June 16: Updated information for Paraguay (updated marriage, divorce, police certificates and court/prison records information).
  • June 9: Updated information for Bahrain (updated police certificate information).
  • May 17: Updated information for Burma (added National ID card information).
  • May 16: Updated information for Bulgaria (updated police certificate, court records, and marriage certificate information).
