USCIS Released Updated Processing Times

USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services) released updated processing time reports on October 18, 2016. The updated processing time reports include processing dates as of August 31, 2016. Processing times are included for the California Service Center (CSC), the Nebraska Service Center (NSC), the Texas Service Center (TSC), the Vermont Service Center (VSC), the Potomac Service Center (YSC), the National Benefits Center (NBC), and the Immigrant Investor (EB-5) Program.

• The type of form you filed
• The date your case was received
