New Form I-9 Published 7/17/17

USCIS released an updated version of Form I-9 on July 17, 2017. Employers may use this form version, or the 11/14/16 version through September 17, 2017. On September 18, 2017, employers must only use the new 7/17/17 version of the form. Only this new form will be accepted after that date. Existing storage and retention rules for all previously completed I-9 forms still apply.
