USCIS Released Updated Processing Times

USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services) released updated processing time reports on February 21, 2017. The updated processing times include processing dates as of December 31, 2016. Processing times are included for the California Service Center (CSC), the Nebraska Service Center (NSC), the Texas Service Center (TSC), the Vermont Service Center (VSC), and the Potomac Service Center (YSC). Additionally, the reports include the National Benefits Center (NBC) and the Immigrant Investor (EB-5) Program.

Finally, to check your processing time, follow this link. You will need to know the following information:

  • Which office is handling your case
  • The type of form you filed
  • The date your case was received
