Revised N-400 Form Transition Date Extended

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced that the transition date for the revised N-400 form has been revised. Form N-400 is the Application for Naturalization. The transition date has been extended to correspond with the date for USCIS's new fees.

Since the transition date was revised, what form should be filed?

Currently, applicants may file either the older edition (9/13/13) or newer editions (3/26/16) (9/29/16) of the form until 12/22/16. After 12/22/16, applicants should file the new form.
