The Office of Foreign Labor Certification (OFLC) in the Department of Labor (DOL) released H-1B statistics from the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2016. The statistics also detail the number of Labor Condition Applications received, and top occupations, states, and employers. Also, the statistics describe the number of certified, denied, and withdrawn Labor Condition Applications. In addition, the statistics include the number of positions requested and certified, and the percentage of applications timely processed.
